Dr. Hauck is an experienced executive coach who particularly enjoys using his professional executive experience and coaching skills to help clinical leaders grow, develop and become excellent. His mission is to help clients discover their own definition of success and to accelerate their achievement of it using their authentic leadership style and voice.
Business Leadership Experience
Dr. Hauck is the former Executive Vice President of Clinical Effectiveness and Chief Clinical Officer for Adventist Health System (now AdventHealth). He served as Chief Medical Officer from June 2000 stepping down in December 2017. In that role, he helped develop and lead corporate initiatives in quality, patient safety, patient experience, cost effectiveness and clinical data analytics.
Qualifications and Credentials
- Credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. An ACC credential means that Dr. Hauck has met or exceeded specific standards and requirements in coach-specific education and client coaching experience to develop and refine his skills. As an ACC, Dr. Hauck helps his clients focus on their goals, understand their problems and identify the next steps through compassionate listening and cultivating the right conversation.
